Shipping policy
Clear timing and costs for orders placed through the Open Science Museum shop.

Where we ship
We currently accept orders for delivery to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Processing time
Orders normally leave our fulfillment operation within three business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and United States federal holidays are not business days. If an item cannot ship within that period, we will email you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Rates and estimates
Standard shipping is $6.95 for merchandise subtotals below $150. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150 or more, after discounts and before tax. The typical carrier estimate is three to seven business days after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact support@opensciencemuseum.org immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Damage, loss, and delivery problems
Photograph visible damage and contact us within seven days of delivery. For a package marked delivered but not found, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. We will help review the tracking record and available carrier claim options.
